By accessing or using the Lush.VFX website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Lush.VFX provides video editing, visual effects, motion graphics, color grading, and related post-production services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon individually per project via written quotation or contract.
Clients agree to:
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Final approval must be provided in writing (email accepted) before final delivery.
A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work begins, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due upon final delivery. Late payments may result in project delays or withholding of final deliverables. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Upon full payment, clients receive full usage rights to the final delivered video. Lush.VFX retains the right to use the work in our portfolio, showreels, and marketing materials unless a strict non-disclosure agreement is in place. Raw project files and source assets remain the property of Lush.VFX unless explicitly purchased.
Lush.VFX is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
We treat all client materials and project information as confidential. We will not share, distribute, or disclose any client content to third parties without explicit permission, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In the event of termination by the client, all work completed up to that point must be paid for proportionally. Deposits are non-refundable.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
